Push origin

Push origin is an audit record for owners and admins. When someone runs modpr push, MoDPR stores the public IPv4 of that client and looks up its city and country. You can see which tag was pushed, who pushed it, and from which place that IP resolved.

How it is decided:

  1. The public IPv4 of the machine that authenticated for push is recorded.
  2. An ISP geolocation lookup returns city and country for that IP.
  3. Private, loopback, and this platform’s own server IP are omitted from the image origin.

After a push, origin appears on the image card, in Image management (From), on the Push origin page, and as last-push origin in Settings.
